Returns:

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than a defect or damage, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the item and verify that it meets these conditions, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus the cost of shipping.

Defects or Damage:

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us and will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, as well as the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made gold pieces for jewelry, as these are tailored to your specifications. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been altered or damaged after receipt.
